Thanh and Cassie met in Kolkata, India in 2013.  Their like-minded ideas for missionary work and charity made them quick friends. Faith-Hope-Love Foundation blossomed from their friendship.  

Thanh who does most of the ground work in Kolkata was born on May 9, 1971 in Saigon, Vietnam. He left his country with his family when the war ended and lived in the United States for most of his life.  In August, 2012, he came to Kolkata to volunteer, working with the poor and came to realise he needed to do more than just providing food for them to eat. It was in Kolkata, he realised a desire to serve and to provide fair opportunities to children living in poverty to have access to good education and a better life.

Cassandra found her passion in travelling and has visited over 50 countries so far. However, her heart still lies in Kolkata, India.  With a strong desire to give to others, she works closely with Thanh in their belief that every child deserves a chance to learn and be educated.  One child at a time, they are giving Hope for a future to these children.  Cassie is a classical musician when not walking the streets of Kolkata!
